What is the format of the evening?
Guests will enjoy a welcoming reception beginning at 5:00 PM, featuring a silent auction and hosted bar, followed by a plated dinner, a mission-centered program, and opportunities to support Villa Therese Catholic Clinic through our auctions and Fund-A-Need. The evening will conclude with a live auction.
What is the dress guidance?
Guests are encouraged to dress in cocktail or festive evening attire. We invite you to dress comfortably while celebrating the spirit of the evening.
How does my participation support Villa Therese?
Proceeds from Viva La Clínica directly support free, compassionate medical care for uninsured patients.
Are contributions tax-deductible?
Villa Therese Catholic Clinic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Tax deductibility will be reflected on your receipt as allowed by law.
When will I receive a final tax receipt?
Following the gala, tax receipts will be mailed to all attendees who purchased tables, packages, or tickets, as well as those who purchased auction items or made donations during the event. Receipts will reflect the tax-deductible portion of each transaction in accordance with IRS guidelines.
Will parking be available at the event?
Yes. Parking will be available at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa.
Is there an additional cost for parking?
Parking at the hotel will be available for a fee.
